Concept:
An edgy online makeup brand that specializes in shades of reds, and offers all types of beauty products – makeup, nail products, accessories, hair products and merchandize of course. The e-commerce website has
 everything a costumer might want in it. Except for the great products, it focuses on strong visuals to make the buying experience unique and visually pleasing. It also has great innovative features in it, such as the option to try makeup on virtually and video tutorials on how to use the products and looks you can create with them.
The problem:
There are currently over 4,000 makeup brands in the USA only, which makes it harder for a brand to be unique and stand out. And there are still technical issues unsolved regarding their websites, the main one being the inability to measure makeup online the way the client would do in a physical store.
In order to study better about potential clients opinions and struggles with online shopping for makeup, I interviewed some girls from the relevant age range. Each one uses a different amount of makeup daily, has a different skin tone and texture.

The challenge:
Domina's website is full of content and technical features that are supposed to make the client's life easier, however the website can't seem too technology-focused and needs to have a strong visual presence. All the content has to integrate organically in a way that won't feel too overloaded.
Main features:
1. Online makeup measurement through camera.
2. Short tutorials on how to use each product.
3. Longer tutorials on makeup looks you can create with the products.
4. Audio list of ingredients in each product page.
5. Technical features introduction in home page.
